The beginning song was chosen as iTunes workout song of 2009 (plus it's already on my playlist.) I thought with the confidence that intensive therapy has given Nathan, the notion that 'tonight's gonna be a good night' (and leaving at what seemed to be the middle of the night) was appropriate. The Rise Above is in regards to a previous posting and is what I've dubbed to be the 2010 theme of our family.
